Shipping Options & Issues

Order Processing

Order processing may take up to 10 business days from placement to ensure the freshest products are received. Once order has been processed, then it will be ready for shipment or local pickup. It is likely you'll receive your tracking number on the Monday of the shipping week, but your package may not ship until Thursday at the latest. Note: During high order volume times like restock days, order processing may take longer. We are working to improve these standards, but we won't trade quality for quantity... EVER.

Shipping Options

Carrier Shipments:

  • Our shipping preference is USPS priority or UPS Ground, specifically during the warmer months with high temperatures. However, there are other options available to meet your shipping preference. Also, we may change your shipping preference if a different carrier than chosen has a better shipping time for your order to arrive sooner to you. This often results in additional charges which we consume on your behalf.
  • Once order has shipped, shipping confirmation is sent to the email address or phone number provided on order. Note: Due to Covid-19, there have been known issues with carriers not scanning in packages timely for tracking. So, there may be times where your package looks like it hasn't shipped but it is actually in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot control this with shipping carriers.

Shipping Issues

Address Changes

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing order. We understand mistakes happen, so we try our very best to assist and make updates as needed. However, once the package has shipped, we can no longer make any changes; the carrier will need to be contacted for assistance, but we cannot guarantee it.

Lost, damaged, or broken shipments:

We are not responsible for any issues that occur during shipment with the carriers. However, we do cover all of our packages with shipping insurance for your convenience at no additional cost to you. So, if your package is lost, damaged, or broken during transit, you'll need to file a refund claim with the carrier via the links below:
